Graft bring a new display to the museum

A brand new display has gone into the Sea Mills Museum today. It’s courtesy of Graft who are behind the Sea Mills Pattern Project and the upcoming mural at Sea Mills station.

It’s the first display to have been completed by a group outside the Sea Mills 100 project itself, so it’s a great step forward in our hopes to update the displays more regularly.

The display includes Graft’s Sea Mills pattern which was designed in co-operation with local people and takes the flora and fauna of the area as its theme. It’s accompanied by photographs from their project and new audio tracks on our green powered audio player. The museum is open every day between 9am and 5pm.

Anyone else who is interested in creating a display for the museum please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
